Here is a brief description of our Guest House Rooms that are available for you to choose from:

 

We offer small cost - efficient rooms, These rooms share 2 bathrooms located in the hallway {there are 4 of this type room offered}.  These rooms are located upstairs on the 2nd floor in the historic building.

 

Room #1/ROSIE      *with shared bathroom 

Smaller,cozy room with a FULL size bed and two nightstands - sleeps 2 guests

 

Room #2/TINA       *with shared bathroom

Bigger,cozy room with a QUEEN size bed and 2 nightstands - sleeps 2 guests

 

Room #3/CANDI       *with shared bathroom

Smaller,cozy room with a FULL size bed and 2 nightstands - sleeps 2 guests

 

Room #4/CHERRIE     *with shared bathroom

Bigger,cozy room with a QUEEN size bed and 2 nightstands - sleeps 2 guests

 

Room #5/FLO

 FULL size bed, private bathroom and shared fridge & microwave {located in the common area down the hall} sleeps 2 guests.  This room is located upstairs on the 2nd floor of the historic building

 

Room #6/SUZIE

KING size bed, private bathroom, mini fridge & microwave,with a table and chairs inside the room, sleeps 2 guests.  This room is located upstairs on the 2nd floor of the historic building

 

Room #7/DOLLY

 FULL size bed, private bathroom and shared fridge & microwave {located in the common area down the hall} sleeps 2 guests.  This room is located upstairs on the 2nd floor in the historic building

 

Room #8 and Room #9  are located side by side upstairs on the second floor of the new building.

The current rate quoted is for double occupancy or 2 guests.

** Each of these rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests.

There is a charge of $20 per night/per person for each - extra guests.

PLEASE note in your reservation that 4 guests will be staying with us, this way we can have the extra towels in the room already prepared for you. 

 

Room #8/KITTY

This room offers 2 FULL size beds, private bath, mini fridge , microwave, table & chairs inside the room, sleeps 2 -4 guests

 

Room #9/BRANDI

This room offers 2 FULL size beds, private bath, mini fridge , microwave, table & chairs inside the room, sleeps 2 - 4 guests

 

Room #10/TRIXIE

This room offers a KING size bed, private bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, table and chairs inside the room, sleeps 2 guests.

** This is an ADA compliant room with a ramp for the wheelchair from the street sidewalk and wheelchair accessible doors.

   This room is located on the ground floor in the new building.

 

Room #11/DAISY

This is our budget room. It is a smaller, cozy room QUEEN size bed, private bedroom and mini fridge. sleeps 2 guests

This room is located on the ground floor of the historic building, located close to the main entrance,faces Angela Street

 

Room #12/BELLE

This is our QUEEN SUITE.

This room offers a QUEEN size bed, private bathroom, mini fridge, microwave. sleeps 2 guests

A loveseat and tv located in the living room space. The back door exits to the poolside

This room is located on the ground floor of the historic building, next to the office entrance on the front porch 

 

Room #A - DIXIE

This room offers a QUEEN size bed and a QUEEN size futon, a big coffee table, private bathroom, mini fridge, microwave

The current rate quoted is for double occupancy or 2 guests.

This room is located on the ground floor of the historic building  - exits onto Thomas Street

** This room can accommodate up to 4 guests. There is a charge of $20 per night/per person for each - extra guests.

PLEASE note in your reservation that 4 guests will be staying with us, this way we can have the futon converted into a sleeping bed and extra towels already prepared for you. 

 

Room #B - BARBIE

This room offers a KING size bed, private bathroom, mini fridge and microwave, sleeps 2 guests

This room is located on the ground floor of the historic, building inside the gated compound, close to Thomas Street

 

Room #C - CINDI

This room offers a small, cozy QUEEN size bed, private bathroom, mini fridge and microwave. sleeps 2 guests

This room is located on the ground floor of the historic building, inside the gated compound {right next door to Room #B - BARBIE}

 

Room #D - DEBBIE     

This is a deluxe room. It offers a QUEEN size bed, private bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, table and chairs inside the room, with french door to the poolside deck. sleeps 2 guests

This room is located on the ground floor of the new building near the pool area.
